Is there ever a time where you completely stop worrying about a pitcher hurting his arm/shoulder? Like Bumgarner, Felix, price & Kershaw have thrown 1100+ innings the past five years. Felix started to maybe show some weakness last year, but other than that, we haven’t really seen any slowing down from others. Would it be safe to say certain pitchers have genetics/physiology to survive pitching?

Maybe worry the same as you would a hockey or football player getting a concussion. It could happen at any moment, but it's still unlikely and you can't be constantly preoccupied with concern
