Had right labrum surgery freshman year in college. Wasn't a fun experience so I'm sorry you have to go through it. Make sure you get are able to sleep sitting up. Probably get a new pillow.

August, if it helps you feel better about your shoulder(s), I'm 25 as well, have a 50% tear of the left rotator cuff, fraying of the right rotator cuff, a bulging disc in the cervical spine and a bulging disc at the base of my spine

August do you have hypermobility syndrome? I have it and it makes me prone to tears because my "normal" range of motion is pretty wide and I can tear stuff just moving in a range that feels comfortable. Also I do not have thoracic outlet syndrome which is good I guess because I like all of my ribs. Bad because they still don't know what my issue is. I also feel like my body is falling apart

My surgeon told me yesterday that I'm definitely "loose-limbed", so maybe? Weird thing is I've played sports my entire life including damn near 20 years of baseball and I've never had a major injury until recently
