When is the "right" time to trade away a stud in a dynasty league? I'm trying to win this year, so I'm not really looking to move Scherzer right now, but he'll be 32 in a month and not getting any younger, so I'm kinda thinking about trying to cash in on him before it's too late to get a huge haul in return.

So I grabbed Willlson Contreras b/c I had waiver priority, but I feel set at C w/ Realmuto and Martin (12-team 5x5, play two starting catchers). What kind of return should I expect from Contreras? Or am I better off moving one of the other guys?

Contreras really isn't going to play much this year. If you're in a keeper, maybe try to move Martin and put up with 2 games a week from Contreras. Otherwise, find a Cubs fan to take Contreras.
