Because the two jobs are actually pretty different, believe it or not. There's so much more that goes into being a HC than an OC or DC, and it would seem some guys have that and some don't. Does Pat Narduzzi have it? After two seasons, it sure seemed that way.

Ah yes, always good to end with a prediction... I'll have you know, I picked Syracuse by two last week, and called for a 48-10 Pitt win vs. Rice, so...

Basically, I think this game is gonna be very tough for Pitt. N.C. State has a lot of playmakers on both sides. I'll say the Wolfpack cover the 11-point spread and win 39-23.
