What are your thoughts on instant replay delays? Do you think there should be a time limit on reviews ("if you can't reverse it when you first see it, the ruling on the field stands"), or are you more of a "always get it right" guy like Stark and Olney are?

This summer will be my first year of company softball. I watch a lot of baseball so I'm familiar with strategy and whatnot, but I've never actually played softball in my life. I'm reasonably coordinated and athletic and in decent shape. What position should I play so as best not to make an ass of myself?
