Lance Lynn is having a pretty darn good season coming off of TJS.  As I understand, TJS takes 2 years to get back to 100%, do you expect him to be better in 2018?

Would it be better if all amateur players--both US and International--were simply signed as free agents, and teams simply had slots of various dollar values to sign any amateur players each year, rather than the current system?

Not sure if it's better -- I have personal issues on systems that transfer money from Latino amateurs to MLB owners -- but I think ti's headed that way
