Well, he literally did. But legal responsiblity? No. I'm not sure there's even moral culpability - I believe Ward assumed the risk and I don't think there's enough clear video evidence to say Stewart was even reckless.

How do you feel about winter tires? I'm thinking about running some ultra high performance all seasons on my AWD SUV for 9 months and some winters for the 3 coldest months. Nobody I know thinks it's necessary, but the from all the forums I've read, they say the traction and braking is awesome.

Walked in, wrote a check, car's given me no problems in a decade.

I have no real inclination to replace it.
Except for normal maintenance of course.
Worst thing was a hose going, giving me a really awkward fuel mix in which the tach jumped all over at idle.
But that was under $100 to repair.

Perfect Dark: two humans vs. however many dark sims you were allowed (six, I think?) King of the Hill with unlimited score, unlimited time. Moving hill. Dragons and laptop guns are a must, N-bombs when you want to get weird. Lots of beer/bag wine/etc. SO MANY nights in college spent this way.
