How much access to trackman data from rival minor league ballparks do teams have? Can the Astros access data from an international league game or do they need a team to give them that data?

Ravens isn't a great analogue because there's still a "Colts" franchise. I think the Charlotte Hornets or Winnipeg Jets are better comps, and both have done well to reclaim their earlier name.

Ah, but the Browns were able to reclaim their history from the Ravens.  There's no theoretical reason the Ravens couldn't do that with the Colts (outher than willingness)

I suspect more so than steroids.
Essentially the entirety of the home run rate increase was in 18 months from the end of 1992 to thet start of 1994.

If they were to rebrand, I think it should be the Cleveland Independents. The "Indies" sounds enough like the old name, also sounds cool, and Ohio is the ultimate swing state or whatnot.
