I would guess Stras woke up to a bunch of stories about him being soft and decided he didn't want to deal with that again, so now he's going to take the mound to try and change the narrative.

The Nats have to win 2 games. It doesn't really matter which one Stras starts.

Yes it does? Because Gio can't throw today, but can throw tomorrow. The difference is Roark vs Gio here.
