Eli Rogers, to me, is their best slot receiver. They've had 4 out there and both played.

Will Big Ben ever run with the ball again, to convert a 3rd and 4 or fewer, while keeping a defense honest?
Ed Bouchette
2:23
He has done that on occasion but certainly not the way you're thinking or the way he did in his younger years. He did throw a few blocks vs. the Vikings.

Where is the Steelers biggest weakness?  And is there anything they can do to fix it?
Ed Bouchette
2:23
Cornerback was, and then they moved to fix it.

When will it be time for the Steelers organization to fine Mike Tomlin for every penalty the players get for excessive celebration?  Maybe then he would care ...
Ed Bouchette
2:24
They have not been penalized yet for any excessive celebration so it's not an issue, not that there would be an issue if they were penalized.

Why was Ben taking so many ill advised deep throws downfield?  Nothing drives me nuts more than a deep pass on 3rd and 2.
Ed Bouchette
2:24
Except when it works.

do you think the Steelers were surprised that Watt fell all the way down to them in the draft?
Ed Bouchette
2:24
No.

Will Bell's performance this year match last years? so far it doesn't look promising.
Ed Bouchette
2:25
He is off to a slow start, but then last year he missed the first 3 games so he's off to a faster start than he was in 2016

Based on what you have seen of the Steelers play and what you have read/heard regarding the Ravens, what would you rate the Steelers chances of beating the Ratbirds in game 4?
Ed Bouchette

Check with me next Tuesday.

Are you drinking the Chiefs koolaid yet?  ESPN moved them ahead of the Steelers in their rankings today...
Ed Bouchette

Well, there goes the BCS bid

Hey Ed. With the way Tampa Bay manhandled the Bears this weekend, do you see this as the week the Offense finally gets humming?
Ed Bouchette
2:28
Tampa did play them at home. And the Bears are 12-1 vs. the Steelers in Chicago.  And then there's that whole theory about how the Steelers play down to their weaker opponents
The4ngryGamer
2:28
Did Tomlin address the continued penalties?
Ed Bouchette
2:28
Yes, he thought they were much improved in their second game.

Does the recent play of the Bengals make you think we can sweep them this year?
Ed Bouchette
2:30
Didn't they do that last year? In fact, Steelers have won 4 in a row vs. Bengals, including one playoff game.

Chicago dropped two short TD passes that led to loss to a very good Atlanta teams.  Are Steelers looking past Bears to Ravens?  A lot of fans seem to be.
Ed Bouchette
2:30
That's why they're fans, they can do that. I've never seen a pro team look past anyone.
2:31
I think he's doing OK, barring that one fair catch vs. the Vikings he should have returned.

Is Baltimore for real?  They have faced some awful competition, but their schedule is so easy.  If they take care of business, I can see them going 11-5.
Ed Bouchette
2:32
Their schedule is only 2 games different from the Steelers when the two play other teams. Once again, they have a really good defense.
Thank you for another great chat. See you next Tuesday.
