There's virtually no year to year change in pitch mix or velocity. His arm slot is a bit higher, but that's not usually called a negative, and his change has more horizontal movement, his fastball more ride, and his curve more drop. I haven't found anything bad yet other than perhaps some command issues on the slider.

Hey Eno! This is my first year in a Roto. I'm in 1st by 11 pts, 10 teamer OBP. I have 2 points in wins, but 8 points each in WHIP and ERA. At this point, do I even bother trying to catch up with wins? Or do I focus on making sure my WHIP/ERA stay high?

Chasing wins is a folly. Pitch your guys, but don't pick up bad pitchers on good teams chasing wins.
