I got to write down that I was 3/10 with three drag bunts in ten games? Also got to flirt with the equipment manager but she just played with me and really wanted the star of the team. So the next year I just managed the girls field hockey team and had better results.

I think he's a .275-.280 hitter yes, but I believe in 25+ HR power, and that's a decent BA.

If you were the Rangers and on July 20 you are 15+ games behind houston and 8ish games out of the WC, couldn't you just tell Darvish "hey we are gonna trade you for some good prospects, but we want you back. Go win a ring" and the re-sign him in the off-season? Kinda like NYY w/ Chapman?

Sometimes it works out like this, but if you phrase it as a question you're more likely to have the goodwill of the future free agent stud pitcher.

HR/FB is a really noisy stat that is not very useful. Turner is doing everything right and will be fine. Joc, not so much, but I believe in him as a power/patience/D platoon OF going forward, and I don't think they have a better defensive CF that they want to run out there this year.
