Hurt imo. Maybe he's getting better, but I think he has more power than this and I consider him a buy low in dynasty leagues.

Better sandwich spread: hummus, pesto, other?
Eno Sarris
12:19
My personal favorite is sriracha honey mustard.

Eno, you spend a lot of time at the Oakland Coliseum right? Can you tell me what that "Holy Toledo" sign in dead center is all about? Doesn't seem to connect with anything I know about Oakland or the A's

Tribute to late broadcaster Bill King.

Mallex Smith has been a much better hitter since coming back than people thought. Is this average real or fluky?
Eno Sarris
12:22
I'm surprised at his strikeout rate with that whiff rate and that swing. I think he'll hit for a worse average and strike out more, but at least he looks like a major leaguer.

Do you like the Schwarber to AAA decision? When would you expect to see him back up? I'm not sure I really see the benefit; wouldn't more exposure to ML pitching better help him to adjust to ML pitching?
Eno Sarris
12:23
Confidence matters. He might go down and wreck it and come up in a better frame of mind.

Feel like taste buds getting exhasuted from IPAs. How long of a "reset" should I take with some other styles?
Eno Sarris
12:24
Just mix in some sours in your buy and mix those in between IPAs, they really freshen up your buds.

Is Jimmy Nelson pitching over his head or is this breakout for real? What level talent is he? JIMM-AY!
Eno Sarris
12:24
Change in slot made his breakers more different and I think that's what he needed.

Eno!  I'm heading out to Big Sky country next week.  Billings, MT, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Park.  What kinda beer should I be looking for?
Eno Sarris
12:25
that's a tough one. I don't think I've ever had any of these http://www.beergraphs.com/leaderboards/breweries/?cc=US&state=MT

After watching Odubel last night - should 3rd base coaches just spin around in circles
Eno Sarris
12:26
Do that Michael Jackson first base coach thing. Grab a crotch and maybe he'll notice.

Philosophically, I am opposed to Rizzo leading off.  But until he makes an out, I suppose you have to leave him there.  What's your take?
Eno Sarris
12:26
He's no station to station guy. I'm okay with it.

Trout, Bellinger, Springer, Desmond, Haniger, Mallex... who (besides the first 3, obviously) would you let go when Trout comes back?
Eno Sarris
12:28
You should be selling Mallex in a two for two with a more obvious dropper coming back. Unless you really need steals, in which case, Haniger.

When looking at a guy like Alex Meyer, do you give any extra credit for upside despite advanced age because of NBA size?  Randy Johnson and Andrew Miller also weren't much good until 27-ish...I have a notion Gigantors need extra years to calibrate the levers.
Eno Sarris
12:29
That's the theory with Sean Newcomb, too. I'd like to test it. For tomorrow! Debut ages of tallest pitchers? Maybe also something like 'first year with >2.0 WAR'?
JB

Springer & Correa have a combined 0 SBs.  Can you explain?
Eno Sarris
12:29
Analytical team, value of SB not large, health of those players is more important, Correa has hurt himself running.

among non-closer relievers, could you rank (with saves spec as part of the deal): harris, edwards, kahnle, doolittle, albers. thanks!
Eno Sarris

Doolittle, Kahnle, Edwards

Are you more bullish on Mazara or Domingo Santana as a potential keeper?
Eno Sarris

Mazara!

What does the Astros rotation look like when fully healthy? Do you think Peacock will stick, and if so, is he worth rostering in 10-team mixed?
Eno Sarris
12:31
Hmmm let's rank them Keuchel, LMCJR, Morton, Martes... maybe Peacock over Paulino! I love his new stuff.

What should the Brewers do this deadline season?  The plan was probably to sell, but should they actually be looking for pitching help?   You would think they shouldn't stretch for wins, but Cubs are still not making a move, and the NL Central is wide open....
Eno Sarris
12:33
7.6% playoff odds. Hold. Here's the other thing: There aren't really any coming Free agents to sell. The only one (Sogard) isn't going to bring back much, the next-closest two (Garza and Hughes) ditto. If you get a Braun buyer, you do it.
Pun intended
12:34
Did you hear about Eloy Jimenez doing a Roy Hobbs in a home run derby? It was "electric"
