Doing it the second time, for twice as long, is more impressive than the heights he reached in his debut.
Josh Nelson

Who are you secretly rooting for this postseason?
Eno Sarris
12:18
The Rockies, because Coors is the worst. The Diamondbacks because they have a sneaky good rotation and a good lineup. The Twins because their rotation and bullpen is so bad. The Indians because they are so good everywhere.

Is there anything to draw from that potentially only five AL teams will finish with a winning record?
Eno Sarris
12:18
The race for the middle became the race to mediocrity?
Anthony
12:19
So, you tied the line on this a bit, but would you personally be willing to hire Warthen as a pitching coach if you had a vacancy?
Eno Sarris
12:19
I'd rather have a guy that made good pitchers than a guy who claims he can make healthy pitchers because I'm not sure the science is there for making healthy pitchers.

How long a rebuild do you think Detroit is looking at, given the talent they've acquired the last two months?
Eno Sarris
12:21
I don't think they did as well as the Yankees in some ways. Or at least, the guys they got aren't as close. I think they're a few years out still.

Who are yesterday's feast or famine guys?

How do you feel about Puig's season? If he had a .330 BABIP people would be talking about him as a high draft pick next year. Think he has a true "break out" in him?
Eno Sarris
12:23
This is exactly the season I thought he had in him, and yeah with that BABiP he'd be a three-plus win guy. Not sure there's much left beyond this. There might always be a little bit of bone headedness that gnaws away at his value, like the -7.8 base stealing runs he's got this year.

A BIG thank you for your SP tiers earlier in the year.  I did tiers for my bats in draft but followed your SP tiers to the tee.  I had a great year in pitching and you helped me win.  Much appreciated.
Eno Sarris
12:24
Thanks! If things settle down for me in any of my jobs, I'll do more tiers next year.

What's the next beer craze after the NEIPA calms down?
Eno Sarris
12:24
I love hoppy sours, but sours really are a yah/no black and white thing for people. Dunno.

Atlanta Braves Playoff ETA?
Eno Sarris
12:25
2019. All of a sudden they're going to have a really exciting bat core with a little more on the way. Just need some of these pitchers to figure it out.

Thoughts on King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard?
Eno Sarris
12:26
Silly. reminds me of Battles a bit.

.240 for Hicks?  WTF?
Eno Sarris
12:26
Shoot, I saw Buxton. Hicks I think more like .270/20/15 if he's healthy all year, which he hasn't really managed yet.
Jesse Winker
12:27
How well do I have to hit to get some more playing time?
Eno Sarris
12:27
I wonder what's going on there. the wild fluctuations in power, with his current nearly two grounders for every fly ball, but great plate discipline, makes him a weird player.
Sandy Ravage

HEY ENIS THE PENIS HAPPY NATIONAL BEER DAY

For 20 teams the season is soon to be over. Unlike death, there is always next year. Drink Beer, Watch Baseball.

Am I crazy for considering DDJ as a keeper in a keep 16 team keep 10 OBP league? I think he's breaking 50 SB next year as the full time leadoff man.
Eno Sarris
12:28
that's the type of league to keep him in.
Marcus Banks
12:29
Any concern over Severino's innings spike this year?
Eno Sarris
12:29
150-200 is an okay spike, but no, not really. dude is young and on fire.

12:30
What's the best course of action for Joey Gallo: try to hit the ball to more fields or keep doing what he's doing and aim for 40+ HRs a year?
Eno Sarris
12:30
Keep doing what he's doing because it seems a bit fragile and I wouldn't f with it.

Twins are playing a day game after clinching late last night. There's going to be a record amount of coffee and sunglasses in that dugout.
Eno Sarris

Carrasco going to mow em down.

12:31
Whit Merrifield this year a good Albies fantasy comp going forward?
Eno Sarris
12:31
At 28, coming off a peak season, with less patience than Albies... I'll take Albies.
