I don't know that Beltran is going to have much trade value, sad as that is to type. If he goes anywhere, it will be a "favor" trade to send him to a contender where he can be a pinch hitter/bench bat.

It'll be one of the reasons, I think. I know Chris Heston's control is a little off (he's walked 4 in 2 straight starts in Triple-A) but I'd still prefer him to Peavy at this point.
