Do you agree with making a trade for a TE instead of making a trade for a CB?
Everyone keeps saying how good this O could and should be. It’s the D that scares me
(And I’m sure many others).
I was wondering your thoughts on this move by the team and did it surprise you?

Well, they won't have to trade for Haden now that he's been cut. They can just sign him. I hear you about the defense, but I think they have a chance to be pretty good if they can stay healthy and get production from Dupree and Watt. I was a little surprised by the trade for the TE, but not shocked. They don't exactly have a trio of Pro Bowlers there

Oh maybe a play or two, but that's it. They rarely did that with Bell and DeA Williams.

I really believe the Steelers need a power back for goal line and short yardage situations, Watson fits the bill and should be on the roster. He brings something a little different and carries that 'chip' on his shoulder well. Unfortunately I believe they will go with Davis who is the safe if somewhat less strategically clever choice. What say you Gerry ?

Probably not. Plus, doesn't always matter who starts. But they want Watt to develop. They don't want to make the same mistake they did with Jarvis Jones.
