Do you think the trade for Cameron Maybin could mean Mike Trout spends more time in a corner this season? I think anything the Angels can do to preserve Trouts legs is a good thing.

If the 2017 season played out exactly to the W-L spit out by the projections, would it be boring because it was predictable, or fascinating because of the improbability of the event?

It would be boring if we knew ahead of time that's how things were going to happen. But if it just happened by coincidence, it would be an incredible coincidence, but it wouldn't in any way reduce the drama

Manfred has said he would eventually like to see an expansion team in Mexico City. How realistic is that though? Mexico City is 2000 ft higher than Denver and people love to complain about inflated offensive stats there. Is Monterey, Mexico perhaps a better option than Mexico City?

I'm higher on Forsythe than I think others are. Of course, I'm also pretty high on De Leon, but if they're legitimately concerned about his durability, it's not so bad

2009 draft had Arenado, Goldschmidt, K. Seager, Pollock, Strasburg, and Dozier, in addition to Trout. Will any of those other guys end up with half of his career WAR total?
