Hi Paul. In your podcast yesterday you and Doug were high on Tillman. But you referenced stats that I think we're out of date (7 IP, 93+ velo, etc). Did you include his mediocre start against Texas last time out, and are you still buying him?

It just seems fair to me to compare Sano and Stanton last year (roughly half season each) than it is to count up both careers. Obviously Sano needs to prove himself over time, but I’m not seeing the difference in rates/batted ball. You may as well say Stanton = Cust too.

Fair how? Bc it makes you feel better about Sano? Why would you compare him to 74 Stanton games when Stanton has 700 played? It just doesn't make sense. Honestly, it just feels like you wanna feel better about Sano.

OBVIOUSLY he needs to prove himself and THAT is the point. His draft slot and the expectations were comically ridiculous for someone fanning 35% of the time.

Of course you can. Who are you to tell people what they can and can't do with their team? Unless it's collusion, you can't just veto trades you disagree with. What if the Cargo dealer thinks he's gonna get hurt and Chen is a top-30 SP again?

Cust had a really nice 4 year run where he ran something about a 130wrc+, so it's not that insane after looking at the numbers.
