When they say that goaltenders can steal a series, I actually think Karlsson can do that too.
If he came out and did something ridiculous to win a game, would anyone be surprised at this point?

People are always saying the Canucks are a fire fire, but to me their future isn't that bad. Horvat, Boeser, Juolvei, Hutton, Stecher, Virtanen(hopefully), Demko, etc. Am I mistaken?

People call them a tire fire because they do things like trade for Eric Gudbranson and sign Loui Eriksson in a year that they were clearly not going to contend.

Their future is the same as any other team that is just starting a rebuild. It'll take some more luck in the draft, and several players reaching their top potential.
The guys you mentioned are good, but there is no guarantee any of them are elite players in the NHL at any point in their career.
You need elite players to win.
