I saw the rumors on Girardi to TB, any other moves for the Lightning, know they have lots of RFA's to sign and not much cap room

They're actually not in a terrible spot anymore in terms of cap.

With just Johnson, Palat and Dotchin as real RFA earners,  there room for them to take a big swing if they want.

Very, very little. That organization is fairly tight-lipped anyway, but I also think they're just pretty happy with the squad after the Schenn trade.
