Both guys (Miller/Allen) have always been totally non-committal when it comes to roles, and so is Tito. My guess, though, since neither has any platoon splits, is that Miller gets the 9th/higher-leverage spots
Though wouldn't surprise me to see Tito bring him in for the 8th with lefties up and give Allen the 9th
