Hey guys - submit your questions below and we'll get started in a couple of minutes!

Romo ends up where? Texans?
Zach Links
1:52
My early guess for Tony Romo is that he winds up with the Broncos. Romo wants to go to a contender and they obviously have the pieces on both sides of the ball to win. Of course, he might not be wild about the idea of keeping the seat warm for Paxton Lynch or potentially winding up in competition with *two* capable quarterbacks, but if he's truly healthy he might embrace the challenge. A one year deal would mean that he's not locked into that situation in Denver beyond 2017.

Where do I end up playing next year?
Zach Links
1:55
^We're hashing that out right now, Tony. Sit tight.

Where does Victor Cruz end up?
Zach Links
1:57
The Broncos were mentioned early as a good place for him and that makes some sense since they could use a slot WR behind Thomas and Sanders. I think the Eagles would make some sense too and he would have a little extra juice to perform against the Giants.

Ultimately I think he's going to wind up waiting a while before he ends up with a deal. Why would a team tie themselves down to an aging, oft-injured WR before exploring cheaper/younger options in the draft and FA? No matter what, Cruz isn't going to get a significant guarantee on his next deal.

Who is our QB next year and what is going to happen with our OL?
Zach Links
2:00
I discussed this in the chat earlier this week, but I think Jay Cutler would make some sense for the Jets as a transitional QB. I like Tyrod Taylor, but the cap room just isn't there for the Jets. I also don't think any of the QBs in this year's draft class are inspiring and, let's face it, Mike Maccagnan knows that he has to put up results quickly.

As for the O-Line...I'm expecting to see Mangold stay, but on a restructured deal. I think Clady could also be back, but I could definitely see another team outbidding the Jets given the lack of quality OT options out there. Branden Albert would be an interesting pickup for the Jets, but they'd first have to carve out some cap space.

Sorry Zach. Jumped the gun a little.

It's cool. I'll give you a preview on the poll....hope you like skiing.

Where does Kaep end up?
Zach Links
2:03
Despite rumors to the contrary, I don't think Kaepernick winds up in New York. Woody Johnson loves splashy moves, but even he has to realize how much of a pain that type of player can be thanks to the NY tabloid press. I'm really not sure of Kaep's best fit and I think at least half the league has already ruled him out b/c of the headaches that come with him.

I'll say this - not SF. I can't see a scenario in which they keep him.

Since TB12 is playing for his legacy, do you see him giving the Pats a sweetheart deal to reduce his cap hits over the next three years?
Zach Links
2:08
Brady has always been willing to take below market deals. I think he'll be willing to continue that pattern on a deal that extends him beyond 2019. After he retires - don't be surprised if he ends up with a no-show job in the org that gives him a significant salary & allows him to pursue whatever else he wants to do (TV, endorsements, modeling, pushing supplements etc)

Does the pack target any outside F A if so whom
Zach Links
2:09
Too early to say who they might go after, specifically, but I think this is the year they buck the trend and actually spend significant money. They say they won't force Ted Thompson to add FAs, but I am not buying it.

hey Zack, do you think romo gets released? or is there any chance cowboys come away with something for romo?
Zach Links
2:10
Ultimately, i think Romo gets his wish and he gets released. Too hard to find a team that will A. Take on his $14MM salary B. Give up decent draft picks AND C. Give Romo a realistic opportunity to win a SB in 2017.

Jerry will do right by Romo and cut him, I think.

Do the Browns, 49ers, or the Bears panic and take one of those QBs in the first three picks?
Zach Links
2:11
This is going against the grain of the mock drafts I've seen but, no, I don't think those teams will reach that badly for Trubisky or any of the other QBs. Could one of them be enticed to trade down, however? Absolutely.
Howie Roseman
2:12
How much should I pay for Alshon Jeffery OR should I just draft Mike Williams or Corey Davis if they slide to me at 14/15?
Zach Links
2:15
Great question, Howie! You came to the right place.

Alshon knows that he whiffed on an opportunity for his Dez Bryant-type pay day this year. He'll be motivated and want another crack at it. The Bears are ready to move on from him, but I'd be delighted to be that other team to give him a one-year deal.

How about one-year, $8MM base with incentives (Pro Bowl, playing time, etc) to take him into the top 7 WR salaries?

Why not trade Osweiler for Romo straight up? Texans would rid themselves of Brock Lobster's contract while getting a QB that's capable of helping that talented team get to the next level. Cowboys keep Romo and his family in Texas, to AFC, and get a decent (albeit expensive) backup for Dak that has some experience.
Zach Links
2:15
No one wants to touch Osweiler right now. Doesn't makes sense for Dallas
Jamie Giuntini
2:16
You think the Steelers will have money to long sign Bell and Brown.
Zach Links
2:17
100%. Both players have to be their top priorities and GM Kevin Colbert told beat writers just moments ago that they're working to lock him up ASAP.

Because Bell is an RB, he won't break the bank. As great as he is, there's a ceiling to the guaranteed $ that RBs can get.

Do you think the jets drafting a quarter back such as deshaun watson would make them a playoff team or do you think they should go for romo or another vet
Zach Links
2:18
They don't have the cap room for Tyrod Taylor and Kirk Cousins isn't getting near free agency (oh, and they don't have the cap room for him either). What they need is a veteran who can hold down the fort for 2017 and can move the chains, even if he's not going to light the world on fire.

Jay Cutler fits the bill. Nick Foles, as un-sexy of an option as that is, would also work. There are no locks in this year's QB class, so why force it? Do the best you can and find your franchise QB in 2018.
Kyle Shanahan
2:18
Who do you think will be my starting QB week 1? Draft pick or veteran?
Zach Links
2:19
I expect that you'll go with a veteran, but you should be prepared to duck batteries if you sign Matt Schaub as your starter.
Mario Williams
2:19
Am I done or do I have something (anything) left in the tank to provide as a situational pass rusher?
Zach Links
2:20
As a one-down player, Mario, you can definitely be a difference maker. It all comes down to salary. That $10MM+ cap number you were set to have for 2017 was not at all palatable. At 1/4th of that, lots of teams would be happy to have you and bet on a rebound year.

FWIW, Williams wasn't a distraction in the locker room, per Armando Salguero. He just couldn't play ball at the level they needed him to.
Allen
2:21
Do the Texans retain Boyue
Zach Links
2:22
Absolutely, the Texans will keep Bouye. I have no idea what kind of contract it'll take, however.

It's been reported that they are unlikely to give him the franchise tender, which makes total sense. But how do you agree on fair value with a guy that went from obscurity to elite level play overnight?
Redskins
2:24
Who is our starting RB next year?
Zach Links
2:24
How about Dalvin Cook? Redskins could be within range to grab him and some say he is the most talented back in this year's class. You have a handful of interesting 1st rd RBs this year.
