Cubs want to dump Heyward to clear a spot for Harper in 2019 (Schwarber/Almora/Happ is more than cromulent offensively), and Shark/Melancon as 4SP and CL works, both on shorter terms than JHey. No idea why SF would do it, unless they think a Pence>Heyward defensive upgrade is worty something.
