Gerry, will Rodgers announce he signing with the Steelers tonight?
Gerry Dulac

Who knows with Aaron Rodgers

Gerry, if Rogers decides to pursue some kind of hipster, post NFL lifestyle and spurns the Steelers or they get tired of waiting on him, do you expect them sign another veteran qb before the draft? Also, do you expect Grant, Harmon, or Nolan to be one of the final top 30 visits? Thanks!
Gerry Dulac
11:07
Absolutely. They go into every season with at least two experience QBs who have started NFL games. If it isn't Rodgers, they will sign another veteran QB to be Mason's backup...for now

Do you think Cole Holcomb will be a difference maker this year?
Gerry Dulac
11:08
No, because of the players in front of him.

Hi Gerry - which worst-of-the-worst 1st round pickets would you rate as the very worst? Trading up multiple spots for Devon Bush, Artie Burns, Picket or Edmunds?
Gerry Dulac
11:09
Pickett doesn't belong in that conversation. And, in Bush's defense, he was very good as a rookie and never the same after his knee injury

Good day Gerry, Tomlin is on record as saying 'he is comfortable with Mason being the starting QB'.  Tomlin is also known for frequently saying he gets 'excited about being uncomfortable'.  Putting these 2 quotes together, does that mean Tomlin is not excited about Mason as QB1?
Gerry Dulac
11:09
Hahaha. Kind of like a double negative

Good morning Gerry.  I’m curious about the Joe Milton move.  The Cowboys gave the Patriots a 5th round pick for Milton and the Patriots 7th round pick.  My question is why wouldn’t the Steelers make this move if: (1) they’re looking to spend a 3rd or 4th round pick on a qb this year. Two, does not making this move mean they may be considering taking a qb in the first round?
Gerry Dulac
11:10
I don't think the fact they didn't move on Joe Milton (like that is some valued move) affects what they do in the draft

Please tell me the Steelers aren't going to blow their first rounder by reaching for another QB when their D-line is a piece of wet cardboard.
Gerry Dulac
11:11
Let's hope not

I think the Steelers will chose Jalen Milroe at 21st pick (you can pay me on April 25). Please name your preferred quarterback you would like to see the Steelers draft at some point (assuming named Cam and Shedeur are gone).

Regardless of taking a QB this year, next year (or both) why should Steelers fans have any faith in Tomlin or his coaches' ability to develop a young QB? They had a first round grade on Rudolph but never developed him to be ready to succeed Ben, they brought in former #2 overall pick and drafted a first round QB in the same year and both were gone after 2 years, brought in another former first round pick last year and gave up on him... Unless the guy is a slam dunk, can't miss prospect, he'll just come here to die.
Gerry Dulac
11:12
It's tough to replace Ben, isn't it.

If an unexpected blue chip prospect fell to the Steelers at 21, like Michigan’s CB Will Johnson, do you think the Steelers would take him and put off rebuilding the defensive line with an elite prospect for yet another year?
Gerry Dulac
11:13
Nope

Would you agree that when a team starts to depend on key free agent positions and gets away from its traditional draft strategy, they’ve devolved into a mediocre organization?
Gerry Dulac
11:15
Well, it depends. But I will point up that 18 of the past 21 draft choices since 2022 are still on the roster. And I don't have a problem adding pieces like Isaac Seumalo and Patrick Queen and DeShon Elliott.

Good morning Gerry, When an NFL team ( or any team) consistently year after year fails to draft and develop their picks the teams needs only continue to pile up. Free agency cannot solve the accumulating dearth of needs. It results in continual decline each year in performance. Isn't that exactly where the Steelers are? Why is no one held accountable for this failure?
Gerry Dulac
11:17
By failure, do you mean making the playoffs four of the past five seasons? If you want failure, go look at teams like the Jets and Browns who have had multiple high draft choices over the years and see how they've done.

Do you think its possible bringing back Rudolph is the begining of the split of tomlin and Rooney?
Gerry Dulac
11:17
Not at all.

Good day Gerry; Jason Mackey wrote an excellent article recently saying this Rodgers saga needs to end, will he get his wish by the end of this week?

Hey Gerry! Quick non-Aaron Rodgers question: Will this be Rory’s year?

Steelers top 30 is loaded with Day 2 players, are they planning to try to trade back or do you think they are looking to trade Pickens for another Day 2 pick?
Gerry Dulac
11:19
I don't think traded for DK Metcalf to trade George Pickens right now.
Vincent LaGuardia Gambini

First dart was getting mocked to the Steelers at 21, now it's Sanders. To me, it seems obvious the Steelers are planning to get their guy in the 1st rd of the 2026 draft. Better class of QBs, draft is in Pittsburgh. Heck, have Big Ben announce the pick. It will be TV gold! Do you agree it seems headed in that direction?
Gerry Dulac
11:19
Yes, if you're into premeditated theories
Rooney
11:20
Nolan or Harmon or Grant, whoever is left at 21. Maybe Williams from Ohio St. later to solidify DL as you have been saying for years, trade Pickens to recover the 2nd round pick. Please say no to Rodgers! Draft a QB later rounds. Next year a lot of draft capital for draft in Pittsburgh, start the rebuild because that’s what it is. What do you think?
Gerry Dulac
11:20
I think you might have something there!
Joe
11:20
Now that the Steelers are meeting with Sanders, are you changing your tune that they won’t pick a QB in round one of the draft?
Gerry Dulac

What do you think?

Still unsure with Harrison signing over ERob (Holcomb too for that matter) Why the interest in Harrison, because he has position flexibility and or ST asset?
Gerry Dulac
11:21
I was surprised they didn't bring back Roberts, especially at such a cheap price
