I think max bat speed is basically a raw skill, but you can learn how best to make use of it
Like, Brian Dozier isn't that powerful, relative to the rest of the majors, but he's learned how to maximize the power that he has

Showalter is pretty good about handling his relievers and they'll keep guys rotating through the back of the bullpen to soak up extra innings

Do you think the Blue Jays have the highest floor in the AL East. Yankees SP could either be great or bad with injuries. Red Sox are counting on Hanley/Pablo bouncebacks. If they repeat last year that team is a .500. No? Toronto just needs average production to be in the upper 80's with wins.

About Severino's changeup, are you saying it's easier for a hitter to recognize because the movement is that different? Ideally should all changeups mimic a picher's fastball movement?

I don't have proof, but this is an idea I have currently. I think you want the horizontal movements to be similar
So a four-seam fastball pitcher might prefer a straight change

A lot of people have been vocal about the Royals projections, which isn't surprising given that they just won a championship. But the Rangers are the team that looks seriously underrated, in my opinion.
