I figured this had a chance of getting answered since you are clearly an auto-bot left over from AOL instant messenger. How much do the names we select influence our chance of getting our question selected? If we get too cute with the name, does that hurt our chances?

I really don't know what that means, but ... perhaps some names jump out at me as I scroll. I don't do it on purpose, though I try to glance to make sure nothing awful gets posted.
Bottom line: there are too many questions even to glance at them all. Best bet is to keep it short and make it something that feels answerable at first glance.
