Casey, I usually ink on the pencils. Some artist seperate the two.

@nick, it is what it is, I'll buy published pages over blue lines as long as I know ahead of time.  For my own pencil commissions, I prefer it inked over the original pencils, although for hard to replace pieces I hesitate

Ink over blueline is ok with me as long as it is the same artist who did the pencils.
